ABOUT:

This project is an experiment of tracking Dividends, Share Portfolio, Visual Reports, Watch List of Shares.

- This project is intended for educational purposes only.
- NSE & BSE do not allow web scraping from their website for trading.
- Google Sheets takes upto 5 minutes to update the live data, hence it is not recommended for day traders.
- Pictures can be enlarged by clicking on it.
- This is a sample data of top 100 companies and hence do no represent any of my personal portfolio.

CONTENTS:

(1) Performance and Stats
This sheet have 2 categories and have 3 charts each:

(A) Share:
(i) Share Holdings Chart: Shares that pay Dividends, Shares Dividend Industries, Purchase Value & Market Value of Shares and Dividend Shares.
(ii) Share Industries Chart: Companies that are related based on their Primary Business Activities.
(iii) LTP Chart: Compares the Purchase Value with Market Value and shows whether our investment is growing or decreasing.

(B) Dividend:
(i) Dividend Holdings Chart: Number of Shares of companies we have in the portfolio.
(ii) Dividend Industries Chart: Shows Companies we invested in, that are related based on their Primary Business Activities.
(iii) LTP Chart: Compares the Purchase Value with Market Value and shows whether our investment is growing or decreasing.

(2) Dividend Income
This sheet tracks monthly income from dividends and totals all monthly income and shows yearly income. This helps in tracking yearly progress of earnings.

(3) Share Holdings
This sheet is intended for people who like to track their shares regardless of their dividend Income. There is limit on updating the prices in realtime by Google Sheets so the intent to check prices in realtime was abolished hence this is only a view-only sheet which serves purpose to check prices at end of day.
